Job responsibilities：
1.Arrange manpower to improve production efficiency and achieve production goals according to manufacturing plan .
2.Improve production, responsible for 6S implementation, and production quality control to ensure production quality.
3.Organize employees to carry out cross training and skill training, and support supervisor in staff attendance and performance.
4.Adhere to the principle of quality, implement the stuck control mechanism and improvement measures for potential risks in the production line, analyze abnormal defects and deal with batch disposal and follow-up matters according to customer standards and specifications.
Job requirements
1.College degree or above.
2.At least 2 years production management experience and familiar with product process,management experience in electronics factory or semiconductor factory is necessary.
3.Familiar with Office software.
4.Cet-4 certicication with good written English and basic oral English.
