Job responsibilities：
1.Monitor wafer defects daily and handle abnormal defects timely.
2.Collect defect data and analyze root cause.
3.Establish monitoring system, monitor the manufacturing process abnormality and defects in real time.
4.Improve product yield contionuously.
Job requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics, physics, chemistry, material science or engineering.
2.Yield working experience in semiconductor industry, familiar with EDA,SPC,MES and other software.
3.Good reporting and document writing skills.
4.Excellent presentation and teamwork skills, able to work under pressure.
